The block components in this kit include pre-cut chisels with matching half square triangles--all with dog ears removed, making that elusive 1/4" seam easier to achieve! In addition, rectanglular pieces reducing your sewing time dramatically. Altogether, this quilt is surprisingly fast and easy to piece! This kit comes with instructions and all of the PRE-SHRUNK, pre-cut fabric necessary to make this 85" x 85" quilt top, including borders and binding. All pieces are precision cut—just open the package and start sewing! Fabric is the Jardin de Lis collection by Lewis and Irene--an amazing line you will love! The fabric has delicate metallic accents throughout, while maintaining a really nice hand. Lewis and Irene makes some of the best fabric there is. My tests have revealed zero shrinkage (nice thing to have with a pre-cut quilt kit!) and no color bleed. Additional items required for quilt completion: batting and backing fabric.
