2025 Riley Blake Designs Block Challenge Quilt Kits

The 2025 Riley Blake Designs Block Challenge sew-along begins January 14th! There will be a video that you can sew along with each Tuesday except the last Tuesday of each month (except January)--a 'catch-up' week. The sew-along finishes May 27th. We're offering the Confetti Cottons version of this quilt kit, packaged in a reusable zippered project bag to help you stay organized!

Unlike previous years' block challenges, the folks at RBD have decided to reveal the quilt design up front, The quilt is comprised of 16 blocks by different RBD Designers. 

This kit includes all the fabric you need to make the 65-1/2" x 65-1/2" quilt top, including borders and binding. You will need 4-1/8 yards of 42" wide fabric for backing, or 2-1/8 yards of a wide back.

There are 4 colorways available, all with LIMITED AVAILABILITY:

1. The first is the Confetti Cottons colorway, as designed by the Riley Blake Design team. This is currently out of stock, but the two fabrics that we've ordered to complete this kit have shipped from RBD, but appear to be stuck in Fort Worth, Texas due to "severe weather conditions." UPS has not provided an updated ETA at this time.
2. The second is the Confetti Cottons colorway, as designed by the Riley Blake Design team, with the exception of two of the pinks, which have been replaced with two pinks (also Confetti Cottons Solids) that are in stock (we're currently out of stock on this one as well. See #1 for shipping update.)
3. The third option is the Shabby colorway by Lori Holt colorway, curated by us here at Cat's Cuts. There are three of these kits currently available. A revised swatch card and cutting guide for this kit will be included.
4. The fourth option was added on 1/10/2025. It is the same Shabby colorway as #3, with a slightly darker background. 
5. The fifth option is the Bee Dots colorway by Lori Holt, curated by us here at Cat's Cuts. A revised swatch card and cutting guide for this kit will be included.
6. The sixth option is the Calico colorway by Lori Holt, curated by us here at Cat's Cuts. A revised swatch card and cutting guide for this kit will be included.
7. The seventh option is the Autumn colorway by Lori Holt, curated by us here at Cat's Cuts. A revised swatch card and cutting guide for this kit will be included.
