Shipping policy

Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping:

  • Orders over $100 ship for FREE! (standard shipping). 
  • Orders below $100 ship for a flat rate of $6.50 (standard shipping).
  • Flat rate and free shipping rates listed above apply only to orders in the lower 48.

Standard shipping is USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx ground, or UPS ground at shipper’s discretion. Please note that ground service cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

When will my items ship?

  • Because most orders are custom cut, it may take up to 3-6 business days for orders to ship. We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible.
  • During peak times and sales we may get behind on filling orders. If we get beyond a 72 hour period we will do our best to provide timely email updates.

If you want to change or combine orders, please email as soon as possible; we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

We cannot combine pre-orders with regular store orders.

Stewardship: As much as and whenever possible, we use recycled materials for shipping, including packing materials and boxes. This is to help reduce shipping costs (which we pass on to you), as well as to make us good stewards of natural resources.

Oversized items: We may change standard shipping methods; we may also require an additional shipping cost; if so, we will contact you. This most often would apply to orders that include batting, or other large/bulky items.

Downloadable patterns and pre-order fees are not included in shipping calculations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped DDU, which means our international customers may have to pay extra fees for customs, duties and taxes, and may experience shipping delays due to customs clearance procedures. These extra fees and/or delays vary widely from country to country. Since we have no control over potential extra charges levied by destination countries, and/or customs processing delays, we highly recommend that you research the policies specific to your country. 

Because of issues we've had in the past with missing items on orders that go through customs, , we video all international order packing. If anything is missing from your order, please let us know, but be aware that any loss that occurs AFTER shipping will not be covered by Cat's Cuts.
