Block of the Month Terms and Conditions

Block of the Month (BOM) Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

By enrolling in a Block of the Month (BOM) program offered by Cat’s Cuts, you agree to purchase all monthly installments necessary to complete the full program. This is a contractual agreement. Each installment includes the specific fabrics, patterns, or materials described in the product listing.

2. Duration and Commitment

Enrollment constitutes a commitment to the full program as stipulated in the product agreement. Each month’s payment is part of a single complete purchase spread across multiple months. You are not purchasing single months individually.

3. Payments

  • Beginning the first month and for the duration of the program, you will be billed the amount stated in the product description, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees. You can change your payment information or billing address in your 'Manage Subscription' page.
  • Subsequent payments will be automatically processed each month on your original sign-up date.
  • You agree to maintain a valid payment method for the duration of the program.
  • Declined payments must be corrected within 7 days to keep your spot and to comply with your contractual agreement. Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture of materials and prior payments, and the remaining balance of the program  will be invoiced in full.
  • If you cancel your payment method or subscription, the remaining balance of the program will be invoiced in full.

4. Reservation Fees

Some programs will start with a non-refundable Reservation Fee. Usually, these are to reserve a spot in a Block of the Month program that has not started shipping yet. While not refundable, they are nominal fees that ensure you will be first in line for the program.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Because fabric kits are pre-cut and reserved for you, subscriptions may not be canceled early and payments are non-refundable once your first month’s kit has shipped.
  • If you must withdraw after starting, you will still be responsible for the remaining payments of the program.

6. Shipping

  • Each month’s kit is shipped according to the schedule stated in the product listing. Shipping and handling charges apply to each shipment unless otherwise stated.
  • Delays caused by carriers or suppliers are outside our control, but we will communicate promptly about any schedule adjustments.
  • You can edit your billing and shipping addresses from your cart, from your account settings, or from the link in the automated email sent to you regarding your Block of the Month Program (these links are only good for 2 hours). Please note that to edit your billing/shipping address in your account settings, you must create an account. If you do not update this information, and your kit is sent to an old/expired address, once it is returned to us, we will reship at your expense.
  • At times we may provide complete products (pattern, background fabric, etc.) on our BOM programs during the first month. We provide this for your convenience and to protect against possible dye lot changes in the fabrics.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, pre-cut nature of this program, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your shipment is missing an item or includes a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for resolution.

8. Fabric Substitutions

If a listed fabric becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to make a close substitution of equal or greater value to ensure continuity of the quilt design.

9.  Replacement Fabric

We usually have extra fabric available to purchase if you make a mistake and need additional fabric. Please email us for links to the fabric you need if you can’t find it on our website.

10.  Communication

You agree to receive program-related emails (shipping notices, payment reminders, etc.). Please ensure your contact details remain current.

11. Legal Terms

·        By enrolling, you acknowledge that this agreement is binding under the laws of the State of Texas, and that disputes shall be governed by Texas law. Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
