Returns

When you shop at Cat's Cuts, you can rest assured  that you are shopping from a company you can trust. If you determine that an item is unsatisfactory and desire to make a return, you shall be allowed up to 21 days from the date of order submission to contact us for resolution. Merchandise that is defective or damaged will be promptly replaced with the same item, if available, or store credit if not available. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a RMA Number, copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number.

In order for you to return approved items, they must be in new, unopened condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply on approved items. See below for items that are not returnable.

Please note that some items cannot be returned, so it is necessary to contact us first before attempting to return an item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused. Gift certificates, clubs, Block of the Month (including reservation fees if applicable), preorders (including reservation fees if applicable), sale or discounted items, patterns and books, machine embroidery USBs, Sew Simple Shapes, and any other copyrighted material (to comply with copyright laws), pre-cuts, cut fabric and kits are not returnable for either exchange or refund. No returns on special order, sale or discounted items unless damaged or defective.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Contact us at Catherine@CatsCuts.com so we can provide instructions and expedite your return.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so be sure to purchase additional shipping insurance if your return shipping method will not cover the returned product cost.

Cancellations

We pride ourselves on our quick shipping. Often, items ship the same day, sometimes within an hour or two! Fabric orders that have already been cut in preparation for shipping cannot be cancelled. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
