Shipping is calculated based on order value and destination. Most U.S. orders ship for $4.50–$10.95, and qualifying orders receive free shipping ($150 - $200 minimum order for free shipping, depending on destination). Rates are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Standard shipping is USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx ground, or UPS ground at shipper’s discretion. Please note that ground service cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, AFO or APO.

Because most orders are custom cut, it may take up to 3-6 business days for some orders to ship. We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, and often get them out the next business day (you can see that from our many positive reviews!)

If you want to change or combine orders, please email as soon as possible; we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

We cannot combine preorders with regular store orders.

If you would like to combine Block of the Month program orders with regular store orders, please let us know. We will try to accommodate you.

Downloadable patterns and pre-order fees are not assessed shipping fees.

We are not currently offering express shipping options on our site. But if you need something pronto, just email us at catherine@catscuts.com, and we’ll try to accommodate you.

Stewardship: As much as and whenever possible, we use recycled materials for shipping, including packing materials and boxes. This is to help reduce shipping costs (which we pass on to you), as well as to make us good stewards of natural resources.

Oversized items: We may change standard shipping methods; we may also require an additional shipping cost for oversized or bulky items; if so, we will contact you.

Downloadable patterns and pre-order fees are not included in shipping calculations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not ship internationally at this time. (We've had too many issues with items not making it through international customs.)
