Did you know you can request a custom quilt kit?
I just finished cutting this custom quilt kit for a customer. It was great fun working with her to design a quilt for her daughter's upcoming wedding. Fabrics are from Island Batik Fabric and Riley Blake Designs. The patchwork blocks for this king sized quilt are made up of over 1000 pieces. If you've never made half-square and quarter-square triangle blocks from these pre-cut triangles with the engineered dog ears, you don't know what you're missing!

The Prairie line should be arriving next month. For those of you who have pre-ordered, I have been told by Riley Blake Designs that the Quilt Seed patterns should be arriving "any day now." 
New Pattern!
I'm pleased to announce I will be carrying a new pattern designer's quilt patterns in my little shop. Her name is Shannon Stewart. I stumbled across an Instagram post with a picture of this quilt, and immediately fell in love with it. I reached out to Shannon for the pattern, but there wasn't one 'ready for prime time'...yet! I encouraged her to share this quilt with the world, and I'm so happy she did!
I'm honored to be a teensy part of Lakeside Charm Design's story. I'll soon be offering kits in several colorways!
